Who May Submit Proposals? Faculty and staff may submit grant proposals according to Fort Lewis College policy based upon a few widely accepted principles. All grant proposals are subject to review prior to submission to assure adherence to established College policies and procedures, including administrative, financial, and facilities planning requirements. Any proposal should represent a tangible educational and financial benefit to students consistent with the mission of the College, and must not interfere in any way with the routine operation and responsibilities of the College.
