Enrollment and Degree Verification

Enrollment and degree verification is a service available to current and former Fort Lewis College students for a variety of purposes, including scholarships, employment, loans, and insurance.  In accomodating requests, the Fort Lewis College Registrar's Office must abide by FERPA regulations and may limit the release of certain enrollment information and/or may require a signature of release.

HOW TO REQUEST OFFICIAL ENROLLMENT/DEGREE VERIFICATION:

National Student Clearinghouse

• By following the link above, enrollment status and degree verification may be verified with the National Student Clearinghouse.  Clearinghouse provides this service 24 hours a day, free of charge, for current and former Fort Lewis College students.  Clearinghouse also provides enrollment information to guaranty agencies, lenders and holders.  Verifications are available 3-4 weeks after the beginning of each term.  Pre-registration verifications are available 30 days prior to the first day of Fall and Winter classes and 12 days prior to Summer classes.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of Enrollment/Degree Verifications provided by the Registrar's Office.  Enrollment information is available for release beginning on the first day of class for a given term.  Verifications can be mailed by the college via First-Class mail at no charge.  A $10.00 credit card charge is required to fax verifications from the Registrar's Office.  Requests for verifications can be made in the following ways:
