Karin Becker

Visiting Instructor of Writing

Karin received a double major in Communications and Photography and a double minor in Psychology and French from the University of North Dakota, Home of the Frozen Chosen. After working as a professional photographer in Northern Michigan and New Zealand, she returned to
school and earned an MA in English with emphasis in Composition and Creative Writing. She is a freelance writer who writes poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. She has been a Visiting Instructor in the Writing Program since 2002 and she also teaches in the Art Department. She has interests in teaching Environmental Literature, Intro to Photography, and Creative Writing courses.
