Susan Palko-Schraa

Visiting Instructor of Writing

Susan has been teaching at Fort Lewis College since 1994.  She has held a variety of positions including Assistant Director of the Writing Program and Coordinator of Human Heritage.  Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico in Secondary and Adult Education.  Her Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics is also from the University of New Mexico.  Susan is particularly interested creating a global community that focuses on human dignity. She has lived in Greece, Bolivia, Honduras, and Japan and has traveled to various other countries.
