Letter of Application (In approved business format stating your career objectives.)
Letters of Recommendation (Two letters of recommendation are required. One from a FLC faculty member, the other from an adult mentor referencing your professional potential.)
Once the admission file is complete with items 1-6, you are to contact the Exercise Science Sport Administration Advisor (Dr. JoAnn Soignier) who will review your admission file for approval. Upon this approval, you are eligible to arrange an interview with the Exercise Science Department Chair to request admission into the Sport Administration option. The Exercise Science Department Chair will then determine if you are to be accepted into the program. If accepted, an official letter of acceptance from the Exercise Science Department will be mailed to you.
