Sue Kraus is a social psychologist
specializing in social cognition processes including perceived variability
of social groups, knowledge representation of stereotypes and the use of
individuating versus stereotype information. Other areas of interest
include person perception, cross-cultural psychology and gender issues in
psychology. Dr. Kraus’ expertise in quantitative research methods and
statistical analyses led to her current involvement in medical research.
She serves as an ongoing research design consultant and statistician for a
variety of projects conducted at The University of Rochester Medical
School. She also puts her skills to work locally, serving as an ongoing
research design and statistical consultant for 9R School District, the Town
of Mancos,
KSUT Public Radio Station, and the Durango Public Library.
