Colorado Opportunity Fund

What is it? The Colorado Opportunity Trust Fund (COF), created by the Colorado Legislature, provides a stipend to eligible undergraduate students. The stipend pays a portion of your total in-state tuition when you attend a Colorado public institution or a participating private institution.

Eligible undergraduate students must apply, be admitted and enroll at a participating institution beginning with the fall semester of the 2005-2006 academic year. Both new and continuing students are eligible for the stipend.

Who is eligible? Fort Lewis College students with in-state tuition status.

How much will I get? The credit-hour amount will be set annually by the General Assembly.  Current estimates are approximately $89.00 per credit hour.

How do I get it? Register at https://cofweb.cslp.org/cofapp/ one time then logon to webopus each semester to apply the funds to your tuition. Funds are paid directly to the college on your behalf.
