Get a Refund
To transfer funds into your Pharos account
- Log on to the Pharos Station and click Manage Account.
- Click the Transfer Funds tab.
- Insert money into the Jamex coin machine. You may insert nickels. Dimes, quarters, dollar coins, one dollar bills, or five dollar bills. **NOTE: Change is in coin only! If you put a five dollar bill in and add only $1.00 to your account you will receive $4.00 in COIN for change.
- The amount of money you inserted into the coin machine will register in the Balance Available box.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer in the Amount to Transfer box.
- Click Transfer Funds .
- A box will appear saying completed transfer. Click OK.
- Be sure to log off by clicking the log off button on the left hand side of the screen
To request an arrears account (Faculty and Staff only)
To get a refund

Refunds for bad prints due to low toner or paper jams will be handled in Reed Library 22-25 or Education Business Hall 36.

Refunds will be issued to your account in the form of a credit only within 5 working days of your request.

No cash refunds will be given.

You must bring the bad print to either Reed Library 22-25 or Education Business Hall 36.

We need to verify the print job so you will need to know what room you were in when you printed.
