- Campus Map - an arial view of campus with listing of names and locations of buildings.
- The PPS Service Center handles maintenance requests for structures and grounds
- Campus events and meetings which require scheduling of rooms or grounds is handled through Facilities Scheduling
- A comprehensive assessment of the needs, goals and operations of the college are presented in the Facilities Master Plan
- All space assignments for departmental offices must be requested through the Facilites Advisory Committee
- Procurement of new furniture should be through the Purchasing Department by calling extension 7546
- Used furniture is recycled and surplus is available by contacting the PPS Service Center
- Dorms and Apartments use during the academic year are managed by Residence Life and Housing
