
Facilities Scheduling Office
From the ballroom to conference rooms, to the McPherson Chapel, Fort Lewis College has a wide variety of event space that can be utilized by both on-campus groups and the public. In addition to reserving rooms, we also reserve outside space and vending table space in the College Union Building. Our on-site caterer is Sodexho catering and together, we make sure each event goes smoothly.
Scheduling Procedures
To reserve any college facilities, event requestor's shall contact the Facilities Scheduling Office by phone or email or FAX a copy of the Reservation Request Form below to our office. Either of us can schedule your event.

At the time a request is made the following information must be provided:
- Contact name, phone number and billing address
- Name of on-campus department (or) off-campus organization
- Event Title, Date and Time
- Room set-up information
- Audio visual needs

- The PPS Service Center handles maintenance requests for structures and grounds
- Campus events and meetings which require scheduling of rooms or grounds is handled through Facilities Scheduling

- Conference Services provides housing, food services and other facilities for use by groups, conferences, workshops or training
- Information Technology - phones, computers, software and printer distribution and maintenance
- Transportation Services offers rental of a fleet of vans and buses available in the motor pool.
- Physical Plant Services is responsible for Key Issuance and Lock Change Requests
