Facilities Scheduling Office

From the ballroom to conference rooms, to the McPherson Chapel, Fort Lewis College has a wide variety of event space that can be utilized by both on-campus groups and the public. In addition to reserving rooms, we also reserve outside space and vending table space in the Student Union.
Our on-site caterer is Sodexho catering and together, we make sure each event goes smoothly.
