Rooms and Spaces
- College Union Building Rooms
The College Union Building has many rooms and facilities available for reservations. We have a ballroom, multiple conference rooms, the Memorial Student Lounge and many comfortable lobby areas. All of the facilities are centrally located and conveniently close to dining locations.
- Classrooms
When academic courses are not scheduled, classrooms are available for reservations. We have classrooms with fix chair, tiered seating or classrooms with moveable chairs on one level.
- McPherson Chapel
The T. Chase McPherson Memorial Chapel is available for church services, concerts, weddings and other celebratory events of a spiritual nature.
- Outside Space
The Fort Lewis College campus has many great outdoor areas that can be reserved for events.
Ballroom

- Colorado Room adjoining can be used for servery

Memorial Student Lounge
Size: 64' x 33 ' (2112 sq. ft)
Functions:
- Designated and set up primarily for student lounge and quiet study space Presentations, lectures, events Catered receptions, luncheons, dinners, banquets, award ceremonies
- Art displays upon request and under certain circumstances (cannot be secured)
- Sound system available
- No curtains available

Colorado Room
Size: 31' x 19' (589 sq. ft)
Functions:
- Designated and set up as meeting room
- Some presentations, lectures
- Adjacent to Ballroom for catering functions - can be used as servery
Furnishings:
- Four six foot meeting tables - can be arranged
- 16 chair
- Chalkboards, whiteboards
- Connects to Ballroom
- Phone and data connections available for fee

- Designated and set up primarily for meetings
- Catered functions

- Large meeting table - can be broken up for smaller groups
- 15 chairs, with additional seating available for 15 persons

- TV/VCR Available
- Phone access available for fee
- Data access available for fee

Senate Chambers
Size: 33' x 19 ' (627 sq. ft)
Functions:
- Designated for meetings, Student Senate meetings (Wed. evenings during school year)
- General purpose meetings
- Catered luncheons
- Legal Aid assistance location

- Large meeting table with 18 seats around table, additional side seating for 15
- Overhead and screen
- Whiteboard with markers
- TV/VCR available
- Telephone access available for fee
- Data connections available for fee
- Historical pictures and information about Associated Students of Fort Lewis College
Notes: Convenient central location causes room to be reserved very frequently. Plan ahead if planning to use this room.
