Banner

Banner is the administrative system used by the college to manage business and provide records among other services.
Banner accounts consist of a username and a password.
Two different Banner environments are available – a production environment and a development environment – each requiring a separate account.
Banner account usernames are similar to Computer/Network account usernames, last name, underscore, first initial but are proceeded by OPS$, i.e. OPS$lastname_i. The username for both Banner accounts (production and development) are the same. The passwords are independent and must be managed separately. Many users change the passwords on each Banner account to the same password for simplicity.
