To Project a Video

Videos can be displayed on the TVs and projected. Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. After the projector has warmed up press the Video button on the remote control. The VCR/DVD is located below the TV, and make sure the video mode is selected. For sound make sure the amplifier (below the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled VCR/DVD is turned up.  
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

To Project the Computer

Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the computer button on the remote control. For sound make sure the amplifier (below the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. 
 To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

To Project a DVD

DVDs can be displayed on the TV or the Projector. Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. Select Video with the remote. The VCR/DVD can also play DVDs. You may need to change the VCR/DVD player mode to DVD. For sound make sure the amplifier (below the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled VCR/DVD is turned up. To prjcet a DVD from the computer follow the instructions above from Project the Computer.  You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. 
   
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop

There is a video cable in the black box behind the monitor. After it is pluged in make sure the properties setting on your computer is set to display an external monitor. For sound you will need to borrow the speaker cable from the cart computer and plug it into your laptop; make sure the amplifier (below the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to @ 7, and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the laptop. 
    
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
