To Project a Video
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer, or use the popup menu on the computer. Select the video button on the projector remote. The VCR is located in the equipment rack. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier near the bottom of the equipment rack. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

To Project the Computer
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer, or use the popup menu on the computer. After the projector has warmed up press the Computer button on the remote. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier near the bottom of the equipment rack and also on the computer itself. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Projecting a DVD
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer, or use the popup menu on the computer. Make sure the equipment rack main power (top right) is on, and the switcher (middle of equipment rack) DVD button is selected. The DVD is located in the equipment rack below the VCR. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier near the bottom of the equipment rack. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop
You will need a special adapter cord that is available from Media Services. Connect the male 15 pin side of the cable to your laptop, and the other end, female 9 pin, hooks into the wall interface (near the floor between the two screens) Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. The projection screen controls are in the front/right side of the classroom by the emergency exit door. Make sure the equipment rack main power (top right) is on, and the switcher (middle of equipment rack) AUX button is selected. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
