Projecting a DVD

Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. After the projector has warmed up press the RGB button on the remote control and then select the Main Computer button on the switcher beneath the desk.  After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and Choose from the list of DVD player programs.There is a volume control knob on the switcher, and you may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
      -If there is no picture make sure the remote control has selected RGB1; not RGB2 and the switcher main computer button has been pressed
      -if there is no sound make sure the power amplifier (bottom of desk) is on and turned up, also check that PC audio cable is attached behind the computer

To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop

You will need a computer monitor cable (available from Media Services). Connect this to the laptop and PC interface on the swithcer. Then select the PC interface button on the switcher. Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer.  After the projector warms up press the remote control RGB button. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
