Clocks that are located in classrooms and public areas are supported by Physical Plant Services (PPS).
Twice a year PPS sets back the clocks located in public spaces, including classrooms and during the weekend when Daylight Savings Time changes. Clocks in offices, and other non public spaces and/or clocks purchased by departments will not be reset as part of this effort. If you need assistance resetting specific clocks, please submit a Work Request to the Service Center. The Work Order System can be accessed via the web.
Because college telephones and computers are equipped with "time displays," the need for clocks, in most areas, is no longer a priority. PPS is in the process of finalizing the list of "Supported Clocks". It is part of a continuing effort to both identify specific PPS responsibilities and limit PPS efforts to what is really needed to support college operations.
