Parking Permits

PARKING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL VEHICLES ON CAMPUS. The College expects strict compliance with the state, city, county, and campus traffic rules and regulations from all students, faculty, staff and visitors. The registered owner of a vehicle is responsible for parking fines even if they are not driving the vehicle. Visitor spaces are for visitors' vehicles only - not for students, faculty or staff.
These traffic rules and regulations are issued under authority of Colorado Revised Statutes 23-5-107.

  • Students, Faculty, and staff may purchase permits at the Cashier's Office, 140 Berndt Hall, Police & Parking Services, Aspen Hall, or the Information Desk in the College Union Building.
  • Faculty and staff will receive notices in August with instructions for payroll deduction. This option is available only for permits purchased before September 10th, 2009. After that date, faculty and staff must purchase permits at the Cashier's Office.

NEW THIS YEAR:  Parking lots will be designated as “Commuter” or “Residential.”  These designations are shown on the new campus map, and there will be corresponding signs in the parking lots.  The fine will be $30 for parking in an unauthorized area.
