To get your XBox setup to connect to XBox Live please send the following information to hoffmann_c@fortlewis.edu or call extension 7048:

• Name
• Network User Name
• Dorm
• Room Number
• Phone Number

A ResTech will contact you and will need to come to your room to verify the Mac address of your XBox console (the Mac address is the number imbedded in the console that identifies the console on the network).  This information will then be sent to the network administrators and you should be able to connect within a day.
