This searchable bibliography is being compiled by Jim Judge and the Fort Lewis College Anthropology Department. It is not intended as an exhaustive source of references on Southwestern archaeology, but instead as a "living" document in the sense that it will continue to grow through use by researchers. The majority of the entries so far focus on Southwest Colorado and the Northern San Juan area.  We now wish to build Chacoan archaeological research into the existing database and will begin that data entry in the Fall of 2002.  We strongly encourage the addition of entries by individual users, either materials of their own, or those they know of that are not presently included, which relate to research on Chacoan archaeology.  See the "Submit an Entry" form below!

  • You may search on any combination of the parameters below.
  • It is generally more effective to search on keywords (e.g., "Judge" for author or "pueblo" for title or "Chaco" for keyword); otherwise complete titles or names must be exact matches of what is recorded in the database.

  • You may also use a secondary keyword to narrow your search.

(NOTE: We currently have 1601 entries. 10/6/2008)
