At-Home Antivirus Software

With the constant threat of viruses, spyware, worms, and other malware, Information Technology is always looking for advanced security solutions for our campus community.  Antivirus software is available at no charge to current Fort Lewis College Students, Faculty & Staff. A College network username and password is required to access the downloads.

    Microsoft Windows:

• Microsoft Forefront Client Security offers unified protection from viruses, spyware and other current and emerging threats. Click here for instructions and download.
• The Fort Lewis College licensed version of McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Windows must be uninstalled from all computers. To protect your computer, be sure that Microsoft Forefront or other antivirus software is installed and updated BEFORE uninstalling McAfee VirusScan. Click here for instructions.

Apple Macintosh:

If connecting from off campus, you will be prompted for your username and password when you select to download the software below.  Type fortlewis.edu\ (ex: fortlewis.edu\abjones) and your network password.
