Board Of Trustees for Fort Lewis College Patricia Noyes Vice Chair
Patricia Noyes is the Founding Principal of Pat Noyes & Associates in Boulder, a company that offers a unique combination of transportation, public involvement and conflict resolution services. It provides consulting services focused on bringing members of organizations and the public together to identify opportunities and design solutions to complex public policy and management issues.
Noyes has served on numerous community and professional boards at the local and international levels. She is a past international director of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, is a member of the Transportation Research Board, and is on the National Roster of Environmental Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building Professionals.
Noyes is familiar with the educational aspects of higher education, having served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, Northwestern University, and the University of California.
A graduate of Fairview High School in Boulder, Noyes received master’s degrees from the University of Colorado at Denver and McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
Noyes will serve on the Board of Trustees for Fort Lewis College through January 1, 2010.
