Enroll your child today!

We are a year-round early care and education program focusing on enhancing child development and learning through quality programming. Families needing full-time care will receive top priority at the center. Full-time is defined as at least 5 hours daily, Monday through Friday.

Families must pay $150 non-refundable security fee per child upon confirmed enrollment; paying the fee serves as confirmation of accepting your child's slot. Please refer to Tuition & Fees for information on rates and payment.

We request families ensure their children arrive at 8:30 a.m. and are in attendance through 12:30 p.m. every day to support routine and consistency at home and in school. During this time, children take part in highly interactive learning activities and become participants in the educational process.

Campbell Center places families from an extensive wait list and has adopted several priority policies with regard to enrollment. Click Wait list Information to review policies and instructions to get on our wait list.

Family Handbook of Policies & Procedures

Please contact the director for the most current version of the Parent Handbook. Due to the need to address the current pandemic, policies governing the safety and welfare of children at the Campbell Center change and adapt according to the guidance and mandates of the Colorado Department of Public Health

Physical Exams and Immunization Records

Due to state licensing regulations and policies, physical exams by a health care provider must be updated EVERY YEAR for children 2 ½ years and older, and EVERY 6 MONTHS for children up to 2 ½ years old. You may use the Early Childhood Health Assessment Form below or a provider-signed copy of your child's physical exam from their office.

Immunization records must be up-to-date upon your child's first day of childcare, OR notice of an appointment or written plan must be in your child's file within 14 days of first childcare day. Be aware that Colorado has implemented several steps in acquiring immunization records from parents: 1) Notice of Immunization Requirement, 2) Immunization In-Process Form, 3) Notice of Exclusion. Therefore, it is easiest for families to submit a copy of immunizations after every shot. Please visit CDPHE School Immunizations for more information of Colorado's policy on immunizations, exemptions, and child care.
