REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN ANTHROPOLOGY:

A student majoring in any discipline other than Anthropology may complete a minor in Anthropology upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core and choice requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

Minor Core:

ANTH 151 - Introduction to Anthropology [LAC-SS] Credits: 3
Select one (1) course from the list below:
ANTH 201 - Introduction to Archaeology Credits: 3
ANTH 202 - Introduction to Archaeology with Lab Credits: 4
ANTH 210 - Introduction to Sociocultural Anthropology [LAC-SS] Credits: 3
ANTH 236 - Introduction to Biological Anthropology [LAC-SC1] Credits: 4
ANTH 246 - Human Biological Variation [LAC-SC2] Credits: 3

Minor Choice:

Complete three (3) additional upper division anthropology courses (minimum 9 credits).

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 15-16
