REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

A student majoring in any discipline other than Accounting, Business Adminstration, Computer Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Small Business, and Marketing may complete a minor in Business Administration upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core and choice requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

Minor Core:

ACC 225 - Introduction to Financial Accounting Credits: 3
BA 300 - Management Principles Credits: 3
ECON 262 - Principles of Microeconomics [LAC-SS] Credits: 3
MK 250 - Principles of Marketing Credits: 3

Minor Choice:

Complete two (2) courses with ACC, BA, ECON, ENT, or MK prefixes with these restrictions:

One (1) of the courses must be upper division.
ACC 480 , ECON 480 , and MK 480 cannot count toward the electives requirement.

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 18
