Projects

The EC fulfills its mission with both short and long-term projects.  The pages in this section of our web site show what we’ve done, what we’re doing, and what we have planned for the future.

All of our activities are carried out by student teams with assistance from the EC coordinator and EC intern.  Our projects are where the action is at the EC.   Staff teams meet every week to check-in and coordinate their work.  If you want to find out a specific project, you can e-mail the team leader or come to a team meeting.

All team meetings occur in the Environmental Center.

Community Food Security Coalition

Two lucky EC students will be attinding the Community Food Security Coalition’s annual conference in Des Moines Iowa on October 10th. The four day conference includes many presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities with other like minded people.
