If you cannot submit your application by the recommended date, please submit your application at the earliest possible date.  

Fill out the Application

Add your information to the paper Concurrent Enrollment application, you may have already printed one.  Have your parent sign your application in all the required places.

Attach a $40 non-refundable application fee (check or money order made out to Fort Lewis College), including your Social Security Number.

Submit your application to your Guidance Counselor.  They will help you gather signatures from your high school Principal and Superintendent.  They will also know what your SASID ID# is.  

Have your guidance counselor attach your official transcript and your official ACT/SAT scores to your application, then turn in everything to the Office of Admission.

Concurrent students who do not have an ACT or SAT score may submit Accuplacer test scores instead.  A student must test College Level in Math and Reading/Writing on the Accuplacer to qualify for admission.

To use the Concurrent Enrollment Application for Freshman Admission please also submit ACT or SAT scores as soon as possible.  The Freshman application will be incomplete without ACT or SAT scores.

We will process your application within 4-6 weeks of receiving it, but feel free to check on your application at any time.

A completed application will have

  • $40
  • Official Transcripts
  • Official ACT/SAT or Accuplacer scores 
  • Every blank filled in
  • Signatures from Parents, Guidance Counselor, Principal, and Superintendent designee.
  • SASID ID#

If you are under the age of 16:

Submit your application, then schedule an interview with the Director of Admission and Advising, Andy Burns (970) 247-7180 or burns_a@fortlewis.edu.  Parents are welcome to attend this interview.

Returning Winter Concurrent Students

If you attended as a Concurrent Student in the Fall and you would like to attend in the winter you do not have to complete a new application.  Fill out the Concurrent Enrollment Agreement for continuing Concurrent Enrollment students, complete with all required signatures from your high school, and return it to Fort Lewis College Office of Admission.
