Sage is a vitality/movement researcher and practitioner.
He is trained in many arts including kettlebells, primal movement, chi gung, medita-tion, and healing. He has been doing martial arts for 23 years and is a multi-time State champion as well as a one-time National champion in Tae Kwon Do.
Sage is a Fort Lewis College graduate with a degree in Ethno-Health Perspectives, a self-constructed major which incorporates the study of exercise science, nutrition, language and anthropology. His research and practice time has taught him that movement is medicinal and that injuries can be healed with mindful movement and intentional mindset. Ultimately, Sage feels that the joy of movement can reconnect humans to their natural vitality and connection to all that is abundant and good!
