Tele-Course! Our listening skills are often grossly under developed. Audio or “Tele-learning” creates an opportunity to improve our listening skills. To be successful at sales is greatly about listening! This course will not be at a location; it’s being offered by phone. Therefore you can live anywhere, in any time zone and easily attend this course as long as you have a phone and a quiet workspace during class time. Each session will be recorded so that you can review desired sessions at your leisure.

You will learn to identify nine patterns to help you better serve yourself and your customer; inner drives, real needs, and core motives for yourself and your customers. These are hidden, yet very powerful, drivers during sales interactions.
