Tai Chi is an ancient martial art practiced for its health benefits and movement refinement qualities. In this class you will learn Tai Chi movements and gain a foundational knowledge of Tai Chi. A primary focus of the class is to develop postural alignment and a strong foundation for the movements of the four directions form that you will learn in the class.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
