Franklin is a self-taught marketer, offline and online. He builds websites and mobile optimized websites and started online marketing in 2009. Franklin integrated the offline marketing in 2010 by promoting mobile websites, started building apps in 2011 for businesses, and then developed a vision which has become his focus for the long term.
Mr. Talley’s foundation includes learning all the basics of working computers, from editing HTML code, building WordPress sites, using FTP (File Transfer Protocol), jQuery Mobile Script, HTLM5, some CSS coding, to using web-based applications in his business. He attended Fort Lewis College in 1996 and studied C++, Fortran, Cobol, and some integration of programming languages in the Computer Information degree program. He attended DeVry Institute and learned how to be a Digital Electronics Technician, studied electronic fundamentals of Linear and Digital Circuits, worked on SAP Project, and attended San Juan College for two years to study Introduction to Computer Science. His extensive background inspired him to take on the challenge of learning on his own. He endeavors to help local communities and businesses understand the benefits of apps, where there is great opportunity and an open market. He has been in business since 2011 and operates from home in Farmington, NM, while being a husband and father of three children.
