Dr. Skurky will co-lead this trip with Associate Professor Ziarat Hossain of the University of New Mexico. Dr. Hossain, a developmental and cross-cultural psychologist, received his Ph.D. from Syracuse University.  Professor Thomas Skurky is a cross-cultural clinical psychologist and received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. They have been taking students to Asia (China, Japan, Tibet, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Thailand) and Africa (Kenya) for the past ten years.
