The Skyhawks Job Source – On-line Job Search Site for Candidates and Employers - Available to Alumni
As alumnus of Fort Lewis College you can use this website in several ways. The first way is as an employer, the second as a job se archer yourself, and the third way is as a mentor.
Employer: You can post positions on-line using this link: https://www.myinterfase.com/fortlewis/employer. If you contact the Career Services Office we will be glad to send you guidelines. (970-247-7562) You can post positions, search for candidates, set up interview schedules for on-campus, and report hires of Fort Lewis College students.
Job Seeker: You can register your profile on the website allowing you to search for positions, upload resumes and cover letters and report when you’ve been hired. The link is: https://www.myinterfase.com/fortlewis/student. You need to in the database in order to create a profile. If you created a profile on the Skyhawks Job Source when you were a student, you will be able to use that account. If you never had a profile, contact the Career Services Office and we will enter you into the database. Have your student ID number available when you call, or send the information via email.
Mentor: Many alumni wish to help students. One way is to use the mentoring program on the Skyhawks Job Source. The link is https://www.myinterfase.com/fortlewis/mentor. You have complete control over your mentoring activities – how many times, types of students, how you are contacted etc.
Job Search/Counseling/Events
New graduates, especially, but all alumni of Fort Lewis College may need job search help at some time. All of the services in the Career Services Office that were available to you as a student of Fort Lewis College continue upon your graduation. You may schedule appointments, participate in most events and use the employment listings. Since many of you move away from the Durango area, it is possible to work via email and telephone should you have job search related questions.
When You Get That Job
Congratulations! When you accept a job offer, everyone wants to help you celebrate. The Career Services Office is no exception. We want to say congratulations and wish you well in your new endeavors.
