Purpose The primary purpose of the Career Day/Job Fair is recruiting giving students and employers the opportunity to meet face to face. This event is not just for seniors, but for all students who are interested in either getting a job or learning about employers and the types of jobs they offer. As a recruiter, you have the chance to encourage the freshmen and sophomores, and to help them learn about your organization.  You can recruit sophomores and juniors for internship positions also.  Come prepared to have fun.
