Group Exercise classes are free to all student and members of the Student Life Center.

Aerobics Schedule Winter 2008

Class Descriptions:

20/20/20

A class designed to give you an all around workout.  The first 20 minutes will focus on your cardio endurance using either the step, kickboxing, or a floor routine, the next 20 minutes will focus on strength training using weights and bands, and the last 20 minutes will be a mat workout with bands, weights and/or balls. This class gives you a little of everything giving you an ultimate fat burning workout.

                    Kickboxing

An all around cardio class to pick up practice some kickboxing moves with punches, kicks, and more! Get more from your work-out- not just sweat, but skills too!

  

Pilates

A class designed to work on all around toning, strength, stability, and flexibility. This class uses traditional Pilates’ moves to strengthen your abdominals, gluts, back, legs, and arms.

  

Cycling

This is a strong cardio class that will firm and shape your body in no time. The entire class gives you cardio benefits and increases your endurance level. The level of each work out is in your hands, because you control the tension.  Put your biking shorts on and come give it a spin.

  

Body Sculpt

45 minutes of toning and strengthening your muscles to help define your arms, abs, thighs, and buttocks!

 

Step ‘N Sculpt

A class designed to give you a tough cardio workout for 30 minutes using the step, or a floor routine as well as strength training and muscle toning for 30 minutes using bands, weights, and exercise balls. An all around fat burning class!
