Rescheduling

A. Inclement Weather

All Intramural Sports contests will be played as scheduled. Most games will be played rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, Team Managers are advised to contact the Intramural Sports Office at (970) 247-7575 for an official decision between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. If a final decision regarding rain has not been made, prepare your team to play; Officials will make a final decision on site.

B. Involuntary Rescheduling

Under extenuating circumstances, the need may arise to reschedule a contest. If games are rescheduled for any reason, Team Managers will be notified by the Intramural Sports Office with as much advanced notice as possible.
