Off Campus Housing

The Union and Activities Office (UAO) Off-Campus Housing Service provides housing vacancy listings of apartments, houses, efficiencies, rooms and private residence halls for rent to Fort Lewis College students who live in privately-owned housing. Consumer information on tenant right and responsibilities is also available. Vacancy listings are not inspected or recommended by Fort Lewis College or the UAO. It is the responsibility of prospective tenants to carefully check out any units they are considering renting. Lease agreements are the sole responsibility of the renter! Do not rent sight unseen over the WEB, by phone, or through the mail.
