What is a SkyCash account?
A SkyCash account is an optional pre-paid services account managed by Sodexho Food Services. It allows non-meal plan holders the convenience of using their SkyCard for food and beverage purchases.  At this time SkyCash can be used at food locations only. Funds in your SkyCash account will carry over from semester to semester for the academic year. However, SkyCash accounts will expire on June 30. Because refunds are NOT available, SkyCash monies need to be spent by the expiration date.


How do I put SkyCash on my SkyCard?
Students and parents, as well as employees, are able to deposit money into a SkyCash account in the following ways:

  1. Mail us a check or credit card information using this form. 
  2.  Visit the Campus Dining Office (106 College Union Building) using cash, check or credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
  3. Over the phone using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express by calling Campus Dining at (970) 247-7335.

The advantage to using SkyCash is that you don’t pay sales tax and depending on how much you deposit, you get an additional bonus! 

Can I get cash out of my SkyCash account?
Your SkyCash account is a ‘pre-paid services account’. It is not a ‘debit’ account in that funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
