What are Skycash and Dining Dollars?
DINING DOLLARS
Dining Dollars allow you to pay for your beverages and meals using your SkyCard (student ID) as a debit card at all campus dining facilities. Dining Dollars are tax-free and receive bonus dollars that make your money go even further! (For example, a deposit of $50 earns a bonus of 2.5%.)
Dining Dollars may be purchased with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted) at any dining location, the Dining Services Office (Room 58, College Union Building), or online. Dining Dollars may also be purchased via credit card over the phone by calling (970) 247-7335. Please note that Dining Dollars expire June 30 of each academic year and are a non-refundable purchase.
SKYCASH
SkyCash can be used at various non-dining locations on campus including: the Library (for printing and fines), the Student Life Center, Outdoor Pursuits, the FLC Bookstore, the SkyCard ID Office, the Cashier’s Office, and some laundry and vending machines. Off-campus merchants will begin in 2009. This version of SkyCash is new to Fort Lewis College and we will continue to add vending and laundry across campus facilities over the next year.
SkyCash cannot be used in any campus dining facilities. Students can purchase SkyCash at the SkyCard Office, Cashier’s Office, or online. SkyCash may also be purchased from the Value Transfer Station (the black device similar to an ATM in front of the Information Desk in the CUB).
