Language Lab
The Modern Language Laboratory is located in 150 Noble Hall. Its resources include a variety of language-learning software for all levels of German, French, Spanish and Japanese; bilingual dictionaries; copies of textbooks used in language classes offered at Fort Lewis College; and an impressive variety of foreign-language films that can be viewed in the laboratory. There are ten workstations loaded with foreign-language word-processors and complete Fort Lewis College software packages. The laboratory assistants --many of whom are native speakers-- offer language tutoring and facilitate conversation sessions. The laboratory may also be used for language study groups.
