Engineers Without Borders

Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is a program that gives students the opportunity to work on engineering related projects in the developing world that emphasize appropriate technology and sustainability. Students study, organize, design, and assist in the construction of water and sanitation systems, and other types of projects that improve the quality of life in poor communities around the world. Students at all levels and from all disciplines are encouraged to participate in this unique experience.
