The College’s Sexual Misconduct Policy applies to all students and to employees regardless of their employment classification. Students and employees have the right to be free from sexual misconduct during the course and scope of their employment or engagement in activities at the College. Students and employees are encouraged to remind other students and employees of this policy and to report instances of sexual misconduct.
