This deadline is for students seeking to have their financial aid reinstated for a summer term who are:
- former students who are officially readmitted by April 1, 2013 for a summer term, or;
- continuing students on financial aid suspension who didn’t attend Winter 2013, but plan to attend a Summer term.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Students will be notified the result of their appeal via their Fort Lewis College email.
- If a student is approved with conditions, which must be met before their aid will be disbursed, it is the responsibility of the student to notify the Office to Financial Aid when their conditions have been met.
- If a student’s financial aid appeal is approved, their new financial aid award for that term will posted on their WebOPUS account. Reinstated financial aid will be determined by the appeals committee and/or Fort Lewis College Financial Aid policy.

Accepting Financial Aid
- All financial aid recipients MUST accept their financial aid electronically on their Web Opus account. Please click here to find out how.
Stafford Loans
- If you have applied for a loan as a first time borrower, please sign your Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note and do your Loan Entrance Counseling at www.studentloans.gov
- If you are graduating from Fort Lewis College, please do Loan Exit Counseling at www.nslds.ed.gov (click on "Exit Counseling")
