Welcome to the 2007 Fort Lewis Girls' Basketball Camps!

The Fort Lewis women's basketball team plans to develop the love and passion for the game of basketball by working on the improvement of related basketball skills and fundamentals. The camp coaches will break down the game of basketball into various components to provide intensive instruction on each skill area. Perspectives can be seen from the players themselves and related to the competition of basketball.

LITTLE DRIBBLERS DAY CAMP
June 4-6, 2007

Cost: $90

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL DAY CAMP
June 4-6, 2007
1 - 5 p.m.
Cost: $100

BLOOM IN JUNE HIGH SCHOOL TEAM CAMP
June 1-3, 2007
$350/Team
Teams have the option of staying in the Fort Lewis dorms for $15/night per person.  A meal plan is also available for $40.
 

Girls' Day Camp Highlights
The Fort Lewis College girls' basketball camps will feature a variety of instruction, games, drills, and contests. Skyhawk players will serve as coaches and camp counselors. Each camper will receive shooting assessment, advice on defensive and offensive movements, and all players will receive a camp t-shirt.

Location
The basketball camp is located in our home facility, Whalen Gymnasium. This is a beautiful facility where all the home Skyhawk games are played. Parents will be able to drop off and pick up their kids in the front lobby area, where our camp counselors will be located.

Registration
Early registration is due by May 25, 2007.  The cost is $90 for the Little Dribblers day camp and $100 for the Middle/High School day camp.

Insurance
All campers must have proof of insurance. Please fill out the form on this brochure and return with your deposit. NO CAMPERS WILL BE ADMITTED TO CAMP WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE!


Bloom in June Camp Highlights
The Fort Lewis College girls' basketball tournament will feature college level referees and a guarantee of six games. Skyhawk players will serve as camp counselors in the dorms. Each team will receive shirts, the opportunity for awards of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in their division, and an all-tournament team will be awarded with prizes.
