REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAJOR IN GENDER & WOMEN'S STUDIES

PRACTICUM STUDY
Students may sign up for an internship or practicum in any field, as long as the project undertaken is gender or women's studies related. Be sure to check prerequisites for all courses. (Students must receive approval from the Gender/Women's Studies Coordinator to receive approval before signing up for internship or practicum credit.) Students may sign up for a minimum of 2 credit hours and a maximum of 6 credit hours in one of the following:
Anth 316 Internship in Anthropology 
(30 credits of work for each credit hour earned)

Bio 480 Internship in Biology
Requires at least 125 hours of directed experience; credit cannot be applied towards the biology major.
