What Happens Next?

Room Assignments

Freshmen and Transfer students will receive their building assignment in mid-June. A more detailed packet that includes their actual room assignment, roommate name and contact information, campus mailing address and phone number, and all sorts of other information about move-in and living on campus will be emailed out the first week of August.

Returning students who apply for housing by early April for the following fall semester will be notified of their housing assignment before they leave for summer break.  We regularly email assignment letters throughout the summer for students who did not apply by early April.

For students who will begin attending in the spring term, assignment emails will not be sent out until mid-December, since we will not know of our open spaces until closer to the end of fall semester.
