To Project a Video
Turn ON the projector using the smaller projector control located on the podium. After the projector has warmed up press the Video button on the remote control. The VCR/DVD player is located in the AV closet (in the east wall.) Volume can be controlled on the larger podium remote control by pressing the DVD option. There is also a volume control knob on the Amplifier located in the AV closet. 

To Project the Computer
Turn ON the projector using the smaller projector control located on the podium. After the projector has warmed up press the Comp button on the remote control if you do not see the computer image. Volume can be controlled on the larger remote control by pressing the PC option. There is  a volume control knob on the Amplifier located in the AV closet (in the east wall.) You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. 
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Projecting a DVD
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and Choose from the list of DVD player programs. Volume can be controlled on the larger remote control by pressing the PC option. There is also a volume control knob on the Amplifier located in the AV closet located in the AV closet located in the east wall.You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. 
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop
The laptop connection cables are in a compartment on top of the podium Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer.  Press the laptop button on the switcher mounted under the keyboard shelf. Turn ON the projector using the smaller projector control located on the podium.  Volume can be controlled on the larger remote control by pressing the PC option. There is also a volume control knob on the Amplifier located in the AV closet located in the east wall.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
