To Project a Video
A video can be displayed on 1, 2 or all 3 screens at once. Turn ON the projector(s) you would like to use with the panel below the desk. After the projector has warmed up press the VCR button for each of the corresponding projectors to be used with the 3 boxes below the desk. The VCR is located below the desk. For sound make sure amplifier is turned ON and knob labeled VCR is turned up to around 7.  
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

To Project the Computer
The computer screen can be projected on 1, 2 or all 3 screens at once. Turn ON the projector(s) you would like to use with the panel below the desk. Press the CPU button on each of the boxes is selected for each of the corresponding projectors to be used.  For sound make sure amplifier is turned ON and knob labeled Computer is turned up to around 7.  
You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. 
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

To Project a DVD
A DVD can be displayed on 1, 2 or all 3 screens at once. Turn ON the projector(s) you would like to use with the panel below the desk.  After the projector has warmed up press the DVD button for each of the corresponding projectors to be used. The DVD player is located below the desk. For sound make sure amplifier is turned ON and knob labeled VCR/DVD is turned up to around 7.  
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
 
Lights
There are several lighting dimmer controls located in the right side of the desk.

Connecting a Laptop
The cables for the laptop are located under the desk in the Laptop Cord drawer, you can connect your laptop with the VGA cable inside. Contact the Media Services department for assistance on projecting a laptop computer.
