To Project a Video
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. After the projector has warmed up press the Source Search button on the remote control. The VCR/DVD is located below the TV. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier located below the computer.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

 To Project the Computer
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier located below the computer. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the Source Search button on the remote control.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

 Projecting a DVD
Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer. If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the Source Search button on the remote control. After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and Choose from the list of DVD player programs. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier located below the computer. The sound controls on the computer may also need to be adjusted. DVDs can also be played using the VCR/DVD below the TV.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop

Behind the computer in the black box there is a spare male 15 pin connector on one end that plugs into the laptop. Turn ON the projector with the remote control kept by the computer.  After the projector warms up press the Source Search Button on the remote to select the laptop. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier located below the computer. The sound controls on the laptop may also need to be adjusted.  
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

 Lights
There are several banks of flourescent lights in this classroom.
