The LTD is a one-time event and a required step toward induction. It is designed to facilitate the first stage of leadership: self-discovery and clarifying your purpose. It also serves as a “launch pad” for the Success Networking Teams to identify important goals. By participating in the complete Leadership Training Day, you will:
- Discover limiting beliefs and develop more empowering ones
- Find your gifts, talents, and abilities
- Learn how to share your talents by serving others
- Expand your opportunities to live a purpose-driven life
- Develop a personal mission statement or life purpose statement
- Create an action plan for your success
Leadership Training Day will be taking place Wednesday, January 30 at 6pm in EBH 219.
